Prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Product availability is indicated on each Product page, but we cannot guarantee constant availability. We reserve the right to change Product information and prices without prior notice.

Registration

Products can be purchased either by registering on the Website or as a guest. To register, the Customer must fill out the registration form with accurate and truthful information.

Orders

Orders can be placed through our website. Once your transaction is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirmation. The sales contract is considered concluded when the payment system confirms the transaction. By placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

Product Availability

ANS Brasil Italia provides availability information on each product page. However, availability may change without notice. If a Product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the Customer will be informed and may choose an alternative product or cancel the order for a refund.

Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of the order via credit card or other available methods. The Customer guarantees that they are the rightful holder or have the authorization to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Shipping methods and delivery times may vary depending on Product availability and destination. Estimated delivery times are indicated during order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written notice to welcome@ansitalia.com with the subject “Withdrawal from Purchase Agreement,” including order details.

General Product Warnings

ANS Brasil Italia guarantees that Products comply with applicable regulations. However, the Customer is responsible for checking for potential allergens and using the Products according to the provided instructions.

Legal Warranty

All Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as established by Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to have the Product repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Products. The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase.

Privacy

Customer personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Customers should review the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court will be that of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile.

Amendments to the Terms
